Our constant goal is to provide you with a dependable supply of drinking water. We want you to understand the efforts we make to continually improve the water treatment process and protect our water resources. We are committed to ensuring the quality of your water. Our water source is the Pittsburgh Water & Sewer Authority which is treated surface water from the Allegheny River.

We're pleased to report that our drinking water meets federal and state requirements.

Road Crew Super Again in 2007

The employees of the Road and Water department (also known as the "Road Crew") deserve recognition for their outstanding work this summer season.  In addition to the normal road maintenance, the department had to rebuild part of Pittview Avenue near Arlington avenue, have completed one new sewage line, and will be installing a new waterline to Herr Street. They have also handled multiple water breaks. The "Road Crew" along with our part-time summer helpers, are doing a great job of keeping our roadsides clear of weeds.   Kudos and a big "THANK YOU" go out to Larry Smith, Wayne Miller, Ed Vincent, and Tom Price. Keep up the great work guys!
